We are a group of individual Corporations and LLCs that specialize in Inclusive Leadership Education and Training for for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Each of our principal consultants has decades of leadership, training, and facilitation experience.

  • Target Audience: Executive Leadership Team – Work with us to help you create your strategic framework (organizational values, strategic priorities, and initiatives).

  • The Secondary Trauma and Youth/Family Worker Well-Being Program is a 3-part workshop series to provide actionable and practical implementation plans to directly address the mental and emotional well-being of youth and family workers which reduces turnover and increases employee satisfaction.

Case Study

A Marion County, Indiana 501(c)3 organization needed a new Inclusion Strategic Plan in addition to their Operational Strategic Plan. Before creating one, we had questions about their values, shared goals and objectives and what they thought they were missing in their current Strategic Plan. We administered IDI assessments to their Executive Leaders and Spectra Inclusion assessments to the entire staff. 

By incorporating a couple of blindspots and new values, we successfully created a SHARED operational and inclusion strategic plan and set them off on a newly discovered path to better serve their community!

Angels has over 15 years in the project management discipline and is a recognized thought-leader on the topic of Agile Mindset. Angel is the award-winning author of Dents in the Ceiling: Tools Women and Allies Need to Breakthrough. Angel is a life coach to a budding Track Olympian and future Hall of Fame Touchdown maker!
